Fourteen days or more
A full refund applies when the guest cancels at least 14 days before arrival.
Seven to thirteen days
Cancellations from 7 to 13 days before arrival receive a 50% refund of amounts paid to Athar, excluding any third-party transfer or bank charges already incurred.
Less than seven days
Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival and no-shows are non-refundable, except where Athar cancels the retreat or confirms a different written arrangement.
Operator changes
When roads, trails, weather, horse welfare or safety conditions require a major change, Athar may adjust, postpone or cancel the journey. If Athar cancels the retreat, guests may choose a new date or a refund of amounts paid to Athar.
