Solo travellers
One guest can enquire and join a scheduled departure. The $650 starting price does not promise a private solo retreat.
Cancellation
Cancel at least 14 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations from 7 to 13 days receive a 50% refund. Less than 7 days and no-shows are non-refundable unless Athar cancels or confirms another written arrangement.
Weather & safety
Most weather brings an adjusted programme. Unsafe roads or trails can require a shorter route, transfer, postponement or cancellation.
Final dates, room allocation, supplements, payment schedule, insurance wording and reservation terms are shared clearly before a reservation is accepted.
