Heat may move rides earlier. Rain can shorten or reroute trails. Light snow can be beautiful, but is never guaranteed.
Unsafe conditions
The team may pause riding, use a shorter route, transfer a programme or cancel when roads, trails or visibility are unsafe.
Horse welfare
A horse may be rested, rematched or removed from an activity at any time. No itinerary promise overrides that decision.
Guest responsibility
Guests must follow guide instructions, wear required safety equipment and disclose information that affects safe participation.
